Herman Felder's correspondence with the Washington State Library about the settlement of Russians in Washington State, 1965.

Herman Felder sent the Washington State Library (WSL) a letter about his personal observations of Russian settling in the towns of Eastern Washington. In the letter of acknowledgment from WSL, the librarian says they welcome any additional materials that he or anyone might have. Mr. Felder sent a list of pioneers of Wilbur, WA. It is a list of business & professional men for 1891-1900. He marks the pioneers that were in Wilbur in 1891.
